When you eat chocolate you provide your body with many poisonous properties that does not nourish your internal organs and create cravings for more of that stuff, so you eat more and more chocolate, not nourish your body, get sick, get hungry very often, your body scream for some good stuff like organic food, vegetables, fruits, grass fed meet and so on, but you prevent your body from all that and then you get ahhm, cancer, heart disease, diabetes, you get depressed, oh my god how many millions world wide suffer from all that.

  1. Eat as much organic food as possible.
    When I shop for food I try to set some money aside for organic food.
    Fruits, vegetables, meet and other produce you buy at a non organic shop was treated with chemicals and drugs and when you eat it, you insert all that into your body, but organic food is grown on clean soil thus contain all the minerals and other purity that soil provided the food you buy.
    You eat it, you get all that stuff in your body, nourish your internal organs, you are HAPPY
  2. When exercise always do bursts of excursion.
    If you are a gym member try to avoid the usual treadmill jogging as this can harm your body and lead to the development of chronic diseases such as cancer.
    Always do your exercises while you sprint or do any other bursts of excursion followed by a recovery period
  3. Eat 5-6 small meals per day.
    Avoid eating just breakfast, lunch and dinner, instead eat smaller portions every 2-3 waking hours of the day.
  4. Drink lots and lots of water.
    You probably know that us humans should take in at least 2 liters of water every day.
    Do you?you do coffee in the morning, a fizzy at lunch and another cup of tea at dinner time.
    That is not enough fluids not to mention the wrong ones.
  5. Be active through out your day.
    Sitting in front of the dumb machine (a.

    a TV) will dumb your brain and make you lazy thus put more weight on your frame.
    I work in front of the computer a lot but I take a break every second day to do my exercises.
  6. Avoid soda.

  7. Do not do abs exercises.
    If you want to lose weight and get a 6 pack abs do not do so many abs exercises.
    They should comprise only about 5 minutes of your daily routine.
  8. Get your carbs from fruits and vegetables, not bread.
