One of the most common questions that comes up when discussing naturally getting rid of bed bugs is; now that I have an infestation do I have to get rid of my stuff.

You have worked too hard to get your belongings just to throw them out when you can treat all your stuff and get rid of the problem.
There are products available that you can use to treat your furniture, drapes, beds and bedding so you can keep everything and get rid of the bed bugs.

There are certain things that need to be done to naturally get rid of these little vampires.
They are the same things an exterminator would do or have you do just without the toxic chemicals and sprays.
First step To start with do not move your furniture to other parts of the house; keep the infested furniture, bedding and all other items in the infested room to confine the bugs to this area.
Bag up all your clothes in plastic bags and clean them thoroughly with hot water (if possible).
Bag them again in new plastic bags.
Keep these bags in your car or some where not infested.
Do Not place them back in the infested room.
Clean up any clutter that may be in the infested room; place items in plastic bags.
These bags should be treated for bed bugs even if your are going to dispose of the clutter.
You do not want to spread these little blood suckers to other locations even outside the house; be a good neighbor.

Second step Next vacuum the infested room thoroughly.
Make sure to vacuum all the cracks, crevasses and corners very well.
Vacuum the furniture top to bottom and all the corner and hard to reach places.
You want to make sure you have vacuumed every possible hiding place.
Have someone else help you check for spots you may have missed.
Once you are done make sure to remove and treat the vacuum bag with hot water or spray to kill anything that may be in the bag.
