The right diet will teach you that it is more important to learn when to eat rather than what to eat.
By learning when to eat, you will still be able to eat all the foods you love while still losing your body fat.
That is the kind of "diet" you can do for the rest of your life.
The thing you must remember the most is this.
You will lose body fat by dieting and not exercising.
You will NOT lose your body fat by exercising and not dieting.
