UCLA's Anderson School of Management is ranked among the top business universities in the United States, earning the No. 15 rating on U.S. News and World Report's Best Graduate Business Schools list. Students interested in pursuing an MBA at UCLA have five options from which to choose, depending on their career goals, professional interests and work schedules. - The Anderson School's traditional MBA program is a full-time, 22-month program that meets on a Monday through Thursday class schedule. Students in the program, on average, have 4 to 6 years of professional working experience and may pursue concurrent MBA degrees with graduate degrees in law, medicine, dentistry, computer science, Latin American Studies, library and information sciences, nursing, public health, public policy and urban planning.
- For students who work full time but would still like to pursue an MBA degree, the Anderson School offers its Fully Employed MBA Program. Students on the Fully Employed MBA track may choose to finish their degree in 33 months or on an accelerated schedule of 27 months. Students can take courses exclusively on Saturdays or may choose a Tuesday/Thursday or Wednesday/Saturday schedule.
- For the advanced professional, the Anderson School offers an Executive MBA program. Students pursuing the Executive MBA finish the degree in 22 months by attending classes every other Friday and Saturday. The program requires applicants to have at least 8 years of professional working experience, with the average student in the program having between 10 and 13 years of business experience.
- One of two global Executive MBA programs offered by Anderson, the Global EMBA for Asia Pacific is designed for the frequent business traveler. Students take courses in six two-week sessions offered every three months, with the first two-week session occurring in Singapore and the second in Los Angeles. During the final two weeks of the program, students take courses in Shanghai and Bangalore, respectively.
- Similar to the Global EMBA for Asia Pacific, the Anderson School also offers a Global EMBA for the Americas. The schedule of six two-week sessions every three months is also a hallmark of the Global EMBA for the Americas, with courses offered in Los Angeles, Miami, Santiago and Sao Paulo. Students who complete this program earn MBA degrees from Anderson as well as the Universidad Adolfo Ibanez Escuela de Negocios in Santiago, Chile.
