The problem with eating before bedtime is simple once on your lips always on your hips. Have you ever been so hungry late at night and you just had to eat?
Everyone feels this way at one point or another. Some people experience this everyday, however now I only experience this craving once or twice a month. That is why I want to share this with you.
If you change a few things that you do each day, you will lose weight, stop having these cravings, and start to live the ultimate lifestyle.
If you eat before you go to bed you will gain weight, this is a simple true fact.
-The key is to plan your meals effectively. Do not simply move your bedtime back because you ate something too late into the evening. Move all your meals earlier, and over time you will not crave food late at night.
-Think about how eating late at night is outside your best interest and can cause you unwanted pounds. This can help you through evenings of temptations.
-A critical aspect of these steps is to eat breakfast and eat it early. You might not be hungry when you first start your day. But that will change after you are used to eating first thing in the morning. Eating an early breakfast takes the edge off your hunger throughout the day, including at bedtime.
-Plan to do other things besides eating, so that you are not restless at night. Read a book, watch your favorite show, take a bath, or listen to soothing music.
