Don"t Have the Time to Work Out to Lose Weight?Rubbish!

After my night, I have decided there is definitely no excuse for not working out if you want to lose weight.
Well, that is if you want to lose weight badly enough...
I work full time for a large organisation, I also have my own business, I am a married mother of two beautiful daughters, and I am on a quest to lose weight.
Life is extremely busy to say the least! If you're busy like I am, then it will be difficult to find the time to exercise, but it can be done.
Just like you would schedule an appointment, be it for business or for pleasure, you need to schedule in time to work out.
All you need is a minimum of 90 minutes a week of the right kind of exercise in order to start seeing results, and if you spread this 90 minutes out over three to six days, then that's between 15 minutes and 30 minutes a day you need to find for yourself.
Now that's not much, is it? Remember, this is "you" time.
This is when you are doing something to make you look and feel better.
This is going to give you so much more than getting a new hair cut, or manicured nails or a new outfit! The need to put this time aside is essential! If you don't do so already, get yourself a daily planner or time map where you can enter in your daily activities.
Remember to fit in at least 15 minutes of exercise over six days while you're filling this in.
Even if you have to get up 15 minutes earlier - the end result will definitely be worth it.
Making the commitment to yourself is much more than saying you want to lose weight.
You must work out how you are going to do it and plan your days accordingly.
Do this and you're off to a great start.
