Via iMessage
1Tap the “Messages” app on your iPad. Enter your Apple ID when prompted and then touch “Sign In.”

Touch the new message button, which looks like a piece of paper with a pencil over it.

Enter the phone number for your iPhone in the “To” field. Touch the camera icon to the left of the message box to open the attach menu.

Select “Choose Existing” followed by "Camera Roll" to see a list of all movies on your iPad.

Touch the video you wish to transfer and tap “Choose.” Touch “Send” to share the video. As soon as the video uploads, it appears as a new message on your iPhone.
Via iTunes
1Connect the iPad to your computer with an Apple USB sync cable.

Click "Choose what happens with this device" if you're using Windows or open iMovie if you're using OS X.

Tap "Import Photos and Videos" to transfer videos from iPad to Windows 8. OS X users should click the movies they wish to import in iMovie and click "Import Selected." Save the movies from your phone to a convenient location, like the desktop or your usual movies folder.

Disconnect the iPad and connect your iPhone via the USB sync cable. Open iTunes.

Select your iPhone from the device drop-down in the upper right side of iTunes.

Select the "Photos" tab and click the check box next to "Sync Photos From." Click the drop-down and select the folder that contains your imported videos.

Click the check box next to "Include Videos." Click "Apply" to begin the sync.
