How To Get Rid Of Chest And Back Acne Fast - Two Things You Might Not Know

Besides being downright annoying, aggravating at times, chest and back acne is harder to get rid of than the more common facial acne.
There are no definite reasons as to why, but some belief that the reason its harder to get rid of is due to the fact that its in areas that can easily be aggravated by what you wear, the material of your clothing, and any backpack that you might wear.
I know you've probably heard plenty of what not to wear and whatnot, so I'll only cover this topic briefly.
But I'd also like to talk about two things on how to get rid of chest and back acne fast that you probably haven't heard a lot about that worked wonders for my acne.
Here's the short on what to wear and what not to wear.
If you can manage it, stay away from clothing that is really form fitting to your body.
Mainly because it does a lot of rubbing against the skin and pimples.
Also, tight clothes don't allow much air to get to the skin, making it harder for sweat to dry creating a breeding ground for bacteria.
Not good.
If you happen to wear a backpack, see what not wearing one for two weeks does for you.
You might be surprised to see that your acne has lessened remarkably.
If this happens, its not because the backpack causes your acne to form, but it will make any pimple that it rubs up against worse, and any small pimple bigger.
Test it out and see the results for yourself.
Now that you've got the skinny on what not to wear, I'd like to bring two things to your attention.
The first is what you eat.
And the second is what people generally do at night.
Why is what you eat so important? Imagine a tree for a moment.
When it receives plenty of water and sunlight, it thrives.
Grows tall and beautiful.
Now, imagine instead of feeding that beautiful tree water you fed it grease and sugar instead.
Is that tree still beautiful? Probably not.
If the old saying "we are what we eat" is true, would you be happy with who you are? I'm not trying to send you on a guilt trip.
But, I would caution that eating foods high in grease and sugar, while might not directly cause acne, it will effect the health of your skin and overall body.
Eat foods high in anti-oxidants, such as apples and grapes if your looking for foods that will directly help with acne.
Now, for the second thing.
Have you guessed what it might be? It's sleep.
Sorry to disappoint (you dirty minds).
I discovered for myself that when I would deprive myself of a good nights rest, and I did it night after night, the quality of my complexion quickly diminished.
But when I made sure I got enough sleep for a week straight, break-outs would clear up, color would return to my skin, and I had a glow to my skin.
Its amazing what something so simple (sleep) can do for us.
Simply sleeping can be an effective way on how to get rid of chest and back acne fast.
So do yourself a favor, if its really late and your still reading this, get some shut eye.
