• 3). Explain your reason for visiting the office to the officer at the entrance, and you will be directed to the proper official.

• 2). Include your contact information. Be sure to include your full name and address, as well as any client or file numbers related to your query.

• 3). Once you get through the automated system, make your query to the embassy officer who takes your call.
