- 1). Connect the support beams by inserting them in the base openings.
- 2). Slide the drum legs into the openings at the top of the base. Using the latches on the side, adjust each to an equal height.
- 3). Open the battery compartment on the back of the drum pads. Insert three AA batteries.
- 4). Slide the drum pads onto the legs and use the latches to lock the pads into place.
- 5). Place the pick pedal on the support beams. Insert the plug into the orange opening on the back of the drum pads.
- 6). Turn the switch on the bottom of the pads to the "On" position if using PlayStation or Wii.
- 7). Slide the clamps onto the base of the drum pads. Tighten the screws. Insert the poles into the clamps.
- 8). Place the cymbals on top of the poles. Place the wing nut on top of the cymbals but do not tighten all the way.
- 9). Insert the color-coded plug into the matching outlets.
- 1). Attach the headstock to the neck of the Fender guitar.
- 2). Turn the guitar over and open the battery compartment on the back of the guitar body. Insert three AA batteries into the compartment. Close the compartment.
- 3). Snap the guitar strap to the bottom of the guitar and to the top of the guitar body.
- 4). Turn on the switch on the back of the guitar if you are using PlayStation or Wii.
- 5). Assemble the Mustang guitar by sliding the neck onto the body of the guitar and attaching the head stock to the neck. Insert the batteries as with the Fender and attach the guitar strap.
