Wanna Know The Best Way To Lose Stomach Fat?

If you are reading this article you are probably looking at the best way to lose stomach fat.
Well, I'm going to warn you right now.
Many experts and so-called guru's are telling you the exact opposite of what you should actually be doing.
They'll sell you their gadgets, diet plans and high level coaching programs.
Always playing on the hype that losing stomach fat takes specialized knowledge and expensive programs.
Well I'm here to tell you it doesn't! I'm going to give you the two best ways to lose stomach fat: First, is the way you eat everyday, notice I didn't say diet.
I'm a big non-fan of diets because they don't work forever, just temporary.
What most people are really looking for is a way to enjoy eating what they like but still lose fat, right? Here is how you do it...
I call it the 80/20 principle.
Graph out all the meals you eat during the week and count them up.
Once you have that number take 80% of them and get a number, this is the number of healthy meals you will have.
Now take 20% of your meals and put it into a number.
This is how many "off-meals" you can enjoy.
So for example, I personally eat around 50 meals a week, around 7 a day.
At 80%, I would have to eat perfect for 40 of them, leaving 10 meals I can eat whatever I want at the 20%.
Pretty easy huh? Scheduling your diet like this will allow you to have balance in your life so you don't feel so strict in your eating that you can never leave the house or enjoy a nice meal at your favorite restaurant.
The second best way to lose stomach fat is by high intensity exercise.
Not steady paced exercise...
Chart yourself out a schedule to go to the gym.
4 days minimum...
You will only do high intensity training in a interval fashion.
So one day you can do sprints, another day swimming and the another two day's weight training.
For your running and swimming do intervals.
All out bursts of 30 seconds with 1min 30sec of steady pace.
Do those intervals till you can no longer go.
For your weight lifting do the same.
Put three to five exercises back to back.
Like squat, presses and pullups.
Do them back to back with no rest, when you get through all three of them take a 60 second break and then start the circuit all over again.
Make sure to only use exercises that work your bigger muscles...
Like quads, back or gluts.
So there you have it, even the busy person can fit this into their schedule.
Its easy to follow, doesn't have a lot of technical aspects and its the best way to lose stomach fat naturally.
