For handling the above errors, verification of the permission of the EXCHSRVR folder should be done. System must be assured that it must have all the sub-folders and EXCHSRVR containing Exchange data.

The log for the drive of input/output error must be checked. The path for the check file must be verified and corrected. The root cause must also be corrected and an updated back up must be retrieved.
