- 1). Download a free podcast from a website such as Greekpod 101, iTunes or Language Addicts. You can add these podcasts to your MP3 player of choice or listen from your computer. Choose the difficulty level based on how much of the language you want to learn. Listen while on the go or at home. Repeat the words as directed on the podcast.
- 2). Visit websites such as Greek Phonetic Phrases, BBC Languages or I Learn Greek. The activities you encounter will vary from repeating words to doing crossword puzzles and matching activities. Complete them as instructed until you memorize the phrases and words.
- 3). Visit your local library and check out CDs and DVDs to learn Greek. These CDs and DVDs will vary in details, but often include a variety of activities designed to teach Greek in a short period of time. Most phrases are travel-friendly or basic for someone who wants to learn the basics of the language. You can find higher-difficulty CDs and DVDs if you wish to learn more.
