A great way to lose weight and get a flat stomach is to do ab exercises.
Of course the amount of exercise you get is also a major factor.
Doing 2-3 different ab exercises every other day is a good place to start.
Ok, so what are some ab exercises? Here is a list of ones that I found quite helpful in losing weight and getting a flat stomach.
Crunch V-Up Plank Reverse Crunch Vertical Leg Raise Bicycle Now that you know some of the exercises let's go over a sample routine to help you get visible abs.
This is just an example one that I like to use and can be altered to suit you better if you prefer different exercises.
V-Up Set 1: 12-15 repetitions Rest for 45-60 seconds Set 2: 12-15 repetitions Rest for 45-60 seconds Set 3: 12-15 repetitions 60-75 second rest Bicycle Set 1: 12-15 repetitions to each side Rest for 45-60 seconds Set 2: 12-15 repetitions to each side Rest for 45-60 seconds These are just a couple sample exercises and routines.
These ab exercises are relatively easy and are a good place to start.
You can change up the exercises in this routine to do the ones you prefer.
You may also add more exercises to your routine, or do more repetitions or sets, once you have become more experienced.
Doing these exercises 2-3 times per day should help you lose weight and get a flat stomach and visible abs.
Just keep at it until you have your desired new body!
