Meditation Facts -Astonishing Truth Revealed!

Many of us get to a point in our lives where we feel overwhelmed.
The noise of the outside world constantly crowds in on us - our obligations and responsibilities push in on our sense of well being and happiness.
If you are anything like the rest of us, I'm sure you have felt these similar pressures.
There is of course, a very well known remedy to this ongoing social anxiety we call living in the world - and it has been used successfully for thousands of years, by millions of people, and is almost universally successful in it's aim:To free you from WHATEVER pressures, anxieties and limitations you may feel, and do it in relatively short order! Here are a few quick meditation facts for you: 1)Meditation is practiced by all cultures across the globe.
From small African tribes to EVERY known religious movement to big cities and small towns everywhere, meditation is an exceptionally powerful and purposeful process for freeing yourself from your "small self".
2)Meditation is easy.
There are many different forms of meditation - from the well known, to the esoteric and obtuse.
But, at the heart of each flavor, is the simple essence of connecting with the vast reservoir of peace and love, the divine that lives within us all, at all times.
3)Meditation is non-dogmatic or religious.
You do not need to be Buddhist, Hindu or any other religion to practice meditation.
Ironically, all of the major religions share a common thread through meditation regardless of other oppositional beliefs.
Kabbalah, Sufism, and various mystical practices within Christ Consciousness movements share simple, universal truths between them, where the more dogmatic practices of their parents - Judaism, Islam and Christianity usually revel more in their distance, than their proximity.
Meditation will change your life.
It has opened the hearts, minds and spirits of millions before you, and will continue to do so long after we are reconnected with the vast and great mystery that awaits us all.
By looking within, and letting go, it is possible to be there now, and to taste just a little bit of the divine, its luminous radiance both beautiful and humbling and transforming all in one remarkable breath.
It will do the same for you, if you open up and let the warm embrace of your own magnificence come alive, envelop you - tapping into the deep wellspring of your own creativity, vitality and lust for life.
It has for me! And I hope the same for you.
