Surviving an abusive relationship can be a daunting task--especially for women. Many times women in abusive relationships are responsible to provide for children and cannot financially afford to make ends meet. To help ease the transitional burden, a number of grants are available for female survivors of an abusive relationship. Several of these grants and/or giving organizations include the Education and Job Training Assistance Fund, the R.O.S.E. Fund, the William S. In extreme cases of physical abuse, a battered woman may require surgery. Often times medical assitance--let alone corrective surgery--can be next to impossible to afford. The R.O.S.E. Fund (Regaining One's Self-Esteem) extends a hand in this area. According to its official website, InternationalAssociationOfWomen, this organization relies "on a broad network of 120 advisors located all over the world" to find abused women in need of hope.
