Tips to Put in Contact Lenses

It can be tricky if you are going to put in your contact lenses.
If you want to know how to do it, you can simply check out the following tips that will guide you to make the process of putting in contact lenses little easier.

As the first step, you have to thoroughly wash your hands.
It would be best if you let your hands to air dry since drying them off with towel can deposit tiny fibers on your hand which will cause problems.
For the second step, you need to open the right eye lenses case and you should use your index finger for scooping the lens out.
The third step that you need to follow is to place your lens on your index finger.
After that, you need to carefully rinse the lens by using solution.
If you find that the lens folds down, what you need to do is to push it back up by using your other index finger.
You have to make sure that the lens is right side out.
Besides, you also have to ensure that the edges of the lens curve inward not out.
The fourth step is to lift the lens to your eye and then you can use your middle finger to pull down the lower lid.
The fifth step is to place your contact lens on your eye and then release your lower lid.
After that, you should blink your eye in a way to adjust the lens.
The last step is to repeat the process with your left eye.
After you have finished, you need to clean out your contact case and then you should refill with fresh solution.
So, by following several steps above, now you can start to easily put in your contact lenses.
