- 1). Lay the steaks flat in the baking pan. It doesn't matter if they touch, but they should be laid out flat. The smaller a baking pan you use, the better.
- 2). Pour beer over the steaks. Ideally, you should have enough beer to cover the steaks, but if you do not, simply turn the steaks over later on.
- 3). Cover the baking pan with a layer of plastic wrap.
- 4). Place the baking pan in the refrigerator for six hours.
- 5). Turn the steaks halfway through the marinating time if the beer does not cover all of the steak's surface.
- 6). Remove the plastic wrap after six hours and and grill the steak the way that you normally would.
