Were you married in a Church with a sacred commitment? A Christian Marriage is a sacred commitment between a man, a woman, and God.
Therefore it is essential to save any Christian Marriage because not doing so would be breaking a promise not just to your spouse but breaking a promise to God.
This makes the marriage of utmost importance.
It is on the same level as remaining faithful to the Church.
Because a Christian marriage is so important, it is also easier (in a way) to save this marriage.
The man, the woman, and God have all committed to keep the marriage together and no one can have a better partner than God.
God will help keep the marriage together.
In fact, the marriage will not fail without one or the other of the partners giving up faith in God, denying God, and thus giving up his/her heavenly home.
The couple who prays together really will stay together.
Be there for each other, trust in God to help you with your marriage, and God will save your marriage for you, your spouse and for God.
There are ways you can help God.
You don't have to leave it all up to Him.
As in all parts of your life, you must be kind to each other, respect yourself and your marriage, work together for the good of God, worship and praise God together, and spread God's word to others.
You must not put money, power, self before God.
Commit to doing all this before you are married and carry out your commitment.
Remember always that your marriage is a promise to your spouse; but also a promise to God.
