Internet Marketing has propelled the home based business entrepreneur to new levels of success and growth.
However, that's not always true for everyone who owns an Internet Business.
Failure does happen when we least expect it in our camp.
If you've been around the home business hype for very long, it's no surprise when you hear or read about awesome growth for a newbie arrival Vs a disaster that knocks out an ole' timer Internet Marketer.
Is it "luck" of the draw or something unseen that zaps us.
NO clue! We have freedom to make our own choices which impact the results of our decisions.
Maybe it's a "fluke" or just life as we know it.
Do as the farmer does when drought hits, he replants.
One tremendous asset, unlikely even listed on your balance sheet, is your #1 key to success in the Internet Marketing business.
THE LISTS you have built are like GOLD in your arsenal of fire-power.
Every person on your lists should be treated with exceptional respect and valued as trusted friends.
Nothing compares to a home based business without bosses or supervisors hanging around looking for trouble in the ranks.
Not always the case, but it seems 60% or more of our employee workforce continues to dream of having their own business.
Obviously, few of us enjoy reporting our daily activity to a boss so our every move can be scrutinized, criticized or hopefully praised.
Even our lunch hour and break time is resented by some on the management team.
Don't even mention taking a vacation or PTO [Personal Time OFF] to one of the bean counters.
Workdays and personal production turns into a weekly battle of the minds for justification of our compensation package.
Getting a raise often meets resistance.
Everyone needs to know their work and successes are appreciated but too often the focus is on errors or problems.
Not that the critique isn't deserved but too many bosses over react and do a lousy job of evaluating and appreciating their workforce.
Nothing seems more inviting than your own business after some goof ball boss chews you out for some minuscule error in judgment.
Be careful how you respond or react to any confrontation with your boss or a supervisor as it can backfire on you.
However, many a business has begun as a result of such an experience.
Even in your own business somebody has to "watch" the cash box.
Screw ups, a bad decision or two happen, in your own business or as an employee.
Your plan may be to run your business alone, no employees.
Just know that change happens.
There's an old saying worth noting.
"Inspect what YOU Expect" is the best advice we know for a business owner.
It's the "little" purchases and lost "productive" time that turns your profits into a quick loss almost overnight.
Beware that SALES are great but PROFITS are more important.
BIG is not our goal.
Many firms reach new levels of growth without the controls needed to manage their business.
Buy new equipment, add another truck or two "just because" you want them and watch out for trouble.
Notice that I didn't mention your new company car.
An Offline or ONline business is not the problem.
Whatever you decide to do will require learning the business.
What to sell is step #1.
Is it your own product or an affiliate link at ClickBank? Maybe you'll do both.
So many "right" decisions are necessary to be successful.
Internet Marketing has proven to be an exceptional business for many aspiring entrepreneurs.
Unfortunately, a large number of beginners get off to a bad start.
NO money is a major problem and know-how is missing.
Unfortunately, many claims of income and success, offers on the Internet, are nothing more than hype and scam artists exploiting their prey.
Sales copywriters mislead and scam trusting buyers into their grasp.
Beware! Be careful and discerning!
