QuckTime to Flash for Macs

• 1). Enable your flash support for QuickTime in Mac OS X by clicking on the "Apple" icon at the top-left of your screen.
  
  Click on "System Preferences."
  
  Under "Internet & Network," click "QuickTime."
  
  Click "Advanced."
  
  Select "Enable Flash."
  
  
• 2). Open your movie file in QuickTime. Click "File" on your QuickTime toolbar and select "Export..."
  
  
• 3). On the new screen entitled, "Save Exported File As..." rename your file, if desired.
  
  Click on your export choices near the bottom of the pop-up. Select "Movie to Flash Video (FLV)."
  
  
• 4). Click "Save" to convert and save your new flash file.
