Flash Player

• 1). Go to the Flash Player homepage.
  
  
• 2). Click the "Operating System" drop box. Select the operating system that is on your computer. Then, click "Continue." Other options will then appear at the bottom of the screen.
  
  
• 3). Choose the browser that you use on the computer. Then, de-select the "McAfee Security" download.
  
  
• 4). Click "Agree and install now" to download and save the Flash Player setup onto your computer.
  
  
• 5). Open the Flash Player setup and follow the installation instructions in order to install Flash Player onto your computer.
  
  

Shockwave Player

• 1). Go to the Shockwave Player homepage.
  
  
• 2). Select the correct operating system, browser and language by clicking in the drop boxes on the screen. Then, click the "installer type" drop box and choose "Full."
  
  
• 3). Click "agree and install now" to save the Shockwave Player setup onto your screen.
  
  
• 4). Open the Shockwave Player setup and follow the instructions that appear in order to install Shockwave Player onto the computer.
