Campground Review and Description:

This is a beautiful campground. We have a group that has been camping together for 17 years. When we upgraded from tents to pop-ups and RV's we found it difficult to find a facility that offered a group site with electric hook-ups that could accommodate a group of our size.

We were looking for a scenic, clean facility with easy access to canoeing, that offered some privacy for our campers and tents. Fireside Campground exceeded our expectations. Both the individual and group sites are large, wooded and extremely well kept. This is a beautiful location with that is easy to access from Hwy 14. in Lone Rock, WI

Pros, Cons, Attractions and Additional Comments:

Pros: Bathrooms/showers are wonderful. Even our pickiest ladies were impressed. The owners are incredibly accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They have ice, wood, charcoal and other camping necessities in the office/store at very reasonable prices. It is a well run establishment and I cannot say enough about how pretty the campsites are.

Cons: Absolutely nothing.

attractions: Canoeing, House On The Rock

comments: The rates are very reasonable!
