- 1). Fill a cooking pot with 2 inches of water. The pot should be large enough to fit all of the lobster claws without any crowding. Bring the water to a boil.
- 2). Place the lobster claws in the pan, either directly in the water or on a steam rack. A steam rack is a metal piece that allows the claws to rest a few inches above the water, where they are cooked by the steam. Since the process of reheating lobster claws is quick, the method doesn't make much of a difference.
- 3). Steam the lobster claws for 3 to 5 minutes, until heated thoroughly.
- 4). Remove the lobster claws from the pan and consume them immediately. Be careful, because the claws will be very hot.
