There are multiple devices that provide that added benefits but what really makes the best one to purchase?
If you are like your buddy Rich, and ever tried looking for a more traditional camera, you know, something with a little more "oomph" than that little camera in your smart phone!
Well then, like me, you have been met with rows and rows of camera hand held devices of all sizes and colors, so which one should you bother to look at or choose?
Well, maybe I can make your life a little easier with this article, I take a look at four cameras that are across several price ranges, a low budget, decent consumer's camera, up to a professional level, where cost is no issue!
The range of cameras started looking at were from ones that still use film, up to high definition dslr (Digital single-lens reflex).

Let's say you are new to dslr, then ask to look at the Nikon D5200

Then take a peak at the pricey professional's Canon EOS 1DX
Let's say that you just a good digital hand held, no dslr. In that case, a camera phone is great when you are on the go and need to capture that quick shot, and you are also not carrying around another device in your purse or bag.

However, phones still cannot take pictures of the same quality of hand helds. A couple good digital cameras would be the Olympus Tough TG-1 iHS

Or for those with a bit more cash to burn, there is the very classically stylishFujifilm X100S
I hope these four great camera suggestions have been helpful to you in making your own purchase decision; or possibly maybe I was able to help if you are just planning on giving it as a gift to your favorite "camera enthusiast", like me! [mhd]
