The International Kitchen arranges a three-night stay in the luxurious Florence Four Season Hotel. The hotel was once a private residence for a wealthy Florentine family, and it has extensive gardens. Cooking courses take place in the hotel's kitchen and are accompanied by wine tastings from its cellars. The company also runs a cooking program at Villa La Massa, a Renaissance villa on the Arno River. The Florentine hotel was transformed by the owners of Lake Como's Villa D'Este (which also offers cooking programs), and its Il Verrocchio Restaurant is highly regarded. The restaurant's chef conducts the cooking school, and the hotel is just a short shuttle ride into the historic center of Florence.

marignolle.com - The Villa San Michele is a former monastery in the Florentine hills that dates back to the 15th century. It has long been a hotel, and what started out as occasional cooking demonstrations soon became an active cookery school. The school offers a "Children's Cookery School" for ages eight to 14, whose "Circus of Sweets" lesson has the young students to work with a pastry chef in order to prepare an afternoon tea for the parents. Other programs for adults include the basics of Tuscan cooking, healthy eating, fusion cooking, and an intensive exploration of pasta.
