How to Import ING Retirement Plans Into Quicken

    • 1). Sign into your ING IRA account with your Customer Number or Saver ID and PIN. Click the "My Accounts" tab near the top left-hand corner. Select the account that you want to enable for online access.

    • 2). Click "Download" from the menu that appears above your account summary; "Download" appears at the far right-hand corner.

    • 3). Select the download format. Quicken is available in the drop-down menu under "Download Format."

    • 4). Select "Use an Existing Quicken account" or "Create a New Quicken account" and create a name for the account. This selection will only occur on your first download. Once you have completed this step, your account will be activated for ING's Web Connect and these steps will occur automatically.

    • 5). Select the time range that you want to download your financial information. You have two options: You may download information for a set period of time prescribed by ING, or you may select a start and a stop date. Quicken will ignore any duplicate information that you download in the event any of your downloads overlap.

    • 6). Click "OK" once Quicken confirms that Web Connect has successfully downloaded your account information.
