It only recently occurred to me just how pragmatic and expandable Hyder and Thuka beds can be.
I have two children and both of them wanted these styles of bed.
I must admit I wasn't fully glad on the idea at first.
It transpired nonetheless that these types of bed were becoming fashionable so there was a range of styles available.
These styles come in a number of designs.
First of all, there was the traditional wooden bed.
I forever and a day say that wooden furniture is fantastic as it does not date so it can be passed onto younger children.
I also noticed a number of beds made from steel, which gives them a striking modernistic impression.
It didn't seem to make a great deal of difference what style of bed we looked at, but one thing was certain and that was how keen my children were to search.
Why is it that when shopping for beds I can't get them out, yet at home they defy to go to bed at all? All children need a lot of room to play with their toys and games.
Space is non-existent though when you fit two beds into a modest bedroom.
A Hyder or Thuka bed straightaway solves this difficulty, doubling the amount of play space available for your children.
What it is about these types of beds which are so appealing to children? I have a theory that it just means they can look me in the eye more easily when asking if they can have a pet snake for Christmas.
Since I purchased these beds, I have noticed that they are more eager to go to bed than they were before.
That in itself is a terrific reason to buy them.
Perhaps you have experienced the social blossoming that comes with children reaching school age.
Sleep overs are a more regular occurrence.
My children can now have friends over to stay when ever they want and I don't have to feel embarrassed when making up a spare bed on the settee.
A lot of kids now think our home is groovy.
Another terrific aspect is that designers of children's beds have made them flexible.
I came across some double beds which actually split into two separate single beds.
This is great for when the children start getting older and no longer want the same sleeping arrangements.
It unquestionably means that you save money in the long run.
