After you have selected and customized the format for your e-mail, all you need to do is type a personal message and click OK. Although there is a space to type your message in the E-mail dialog, you can leave it blank and compose your message right in the e-mail program after clicking OK. With some stationary designs, however, you may have trouble positioning your text because of the restrictions of the HTML format.
Elements will warn you when you attempt to send e-mail with a size over 1 MB. This is because some Internet Service Providers have an attachment size limit (sometimes as low as 1 MB), so it's a good idea to keep the total under 1 MB when sending email to dial up users. If you know all your recipients have high-speed connections, it is safe to continue sending the email.
You may have to wait a few moments if there are a lot of files to process, but soon you'll see your default mail program's message window with the files already attached. Album fills in the subject line and message body with some default text which you are free to edit.
