To-Do List to Sell My RV

I'm about to sell my RV, so I've been going through it, trying not to take its condition and features for granted because I'm so used to them.
Rather, I am trying to see it all through the eyes of someone who's seeing it for the first time and trying to decide if they want to buy it or not.
Checking the Windows I've already gone through the outside and a lot of the inside in my inspection.
Pretending to be a prospective buyer, I've looked at the beds, the bathroom, the storage spaces, the lights, and the fan.
I've analyzed the shape of the floors, the ceiling, the appliances, and the furniture.
Now I'm studying the windows.
Are they tinted? I don't even notice anymore, myself.
It's funny how you can forget details of things you see just about every day.
Yes, they are tinted; is the tinting in good shape? Are the windows leaking at all, and do they still open and close with relative ease? Checking the Faucets Next, I check the faucets.
Are they leaky, and is it a struggle to turn them on and off? I make note of filters and pressure regulators.
These are features I take for granted like the tinting on the windows, but questions prospective buyers are likely to ask will revolve around such features.
Decor and General Comfort I scrutinize the colors inside my RV.
How would I feel about the color scheme if I were thinking about buying it? Obviously, I liked it well enough at one point, since I bought it myself, but do I still like it? Is it outdated at all, and if so, is there anything I could do to make it more appealing? What about the overall comfort of the rig? The way seats are arranged.
Have I been comfortable enough in it, and if not, again, are there any small improvements I could make to raise its value and increase my chances of selling it for a good price? Are there worn or outmoded areas or features that detract from the comfort level? The Cockpit Next, I move into the cockpit.
How is the seat comfort in here, and is the space adequate? Are the mirrors easy to get to, and do they provide good visibility? Is there a backup camera? How are the overall layout and accessibility of the gauges-are they user-friendly for someone who's not familiar with the system? What other features does my cockpit boast-a GPS, a camera, a CB, stereo controls? After this examination of this place in which I've spent so many hours, I feel strangely reacquainted and much better prepared to talk about it.
I have a strong feeling that this is how to sell my RV.
