- 1). Consult a physician. If a medical condition such as a sinus infection is present or suspected, this can be taken care of with antibiotics or other medications.

This will alleviate the pressure and blockage in the sinuses and allow for clear breathing, reducing the snoring. - 3). Exercise. Activity assists in the breathing process and keeps the sinuses clear and free of obstruction, allowing for better sleep and less snoring.
- 4). Sleep on your side. This can change the angle of the head and the pressure on the sinus cavity. Less pressure means a more open breathing passage and less chance of snoring.
- 5). Evaluate the sinus condition if snoring persists, is heavy and continual, and no apparent cause seems to be available.
