About Elance:

Elance is the Numero Uno consulting site on the Internet. It is an online platform for businesses and companies to find and hire the job providers suitable for their requirements, based on the basic theme of bidding.

The work process of Elance is very simple and straight-forward. Initially you have to pay a small subscription fee for joining the network.
