We all want to have rippled abs.
Gals want to be able to slip on that bikini and guys want to go topless at the beach or while playing sand volleyball.
Who does not want to have six-pack abs? So how do we get them? What are the best tummy exercises for rippled abs? That is a great question and I will give you my answer with three simple tips.
Key in on proper nutrition.
I know you are thinking what does this have to do with the best tummy exercises? You can exercise until the cows come home but if you do not eat correctly then you will never have the flat tummy you want to have.
Do a little research and find the best foods to eat that will not tack on more fat to cover those stomach muscles you so desperately want to show off.
Key in of a well rounded exercise program.
Yep you heard it here.
Just keying in on the tummy muscles will not cut it in the long run.
You need to have a well rounded full body exercise routine set up for you to follow.
You will still want to key in on those core muscles but you really do need to hit the entire body with resistance training and cardio training.
Key in on those core muscles.
Here are three of the best tummy exercises to do.
Just make sure you incorporate them with the rest of your body exercises.
I especially like what is called the plank.
For this exercise all you do is get into an upright push-up position and then lay your weight on your toes and forearms and hold it for as long as you can.
Most will only last around one minute and if you get two minutes in you are doing good.
I also like doing crunches using my exercise ball.
Simply lay with your back on the ball and heels stretched out on the floor in front of you and do your crunches.
This will help the tummy muscles and makes you hold your balance also tightening the tummy muscle.
My final best tummy exercise is just a simple pull-up.
I do these four times a week and do as many as I can.
I change the style of grip on the bar and do both fore hand and reverse hand and do them to failure.
Pull-ups do a great job on the tummy muscles.
As I have already said I believe that these three are the best tummy exercises around but if you do not have proper nutrition and a well rounded program then there is really not much sense in doing them at all.
