Hello, I'm Corey DeShields, personal trainer at Art Fitness in Wilmington, Delaware, and right now we're going to talk about the stability ball squeeze which is one of the best chest exercises that's also easy on the rotator cuff. Let's take a look. Begin by grabbing a stability ball of any size. Begin by holding it out in front of you and just begin to squeeze the ball, squeeze and release, squeeze and release. You can do this exercise in reps trying 15 to 20 reps or you can do it by just squeezing and holding for a specific amount of time, rather 15 to 30 seconds. This is what the exercise looks like without a ball so you can check your form. This may seem like an easy exercise but it's a good chest exercise that puts minimal stress on the rotator cuff. Again I'm Corey DeShields, personal trainer at Art Fitness in Wilmington, Delaware and we've just talked about the stability ball squeeze which is a great chest exercise which is easy on the rotator cuff.
