In this article I will list several ways that you can protect yourself from anxiety.
  1. Avoid caffeine and sweeteners.
    Caffeine interferes with serotonin's uplifting work in the brain.
    Artificial sweeteners on the other hand, distract the amino acid that creates serotonin.
    So be sure to avoid both of these products.
  2. Consume a potato three hours before bed.
    Recent research shows that potatoes can protect our bodies against depression, this vegetable pushes tryptophan into your blood stream which in return helps raise your serotonin levels.
  3. Talk to friend.
    Believe it or not, by simply talking to someone about your concerns you can ward off anxiety and depression.
  4. Give exercise a try.
    Regular physical activity can improve your mood after just the first 10 minutes.
    So be sure to exercise each and every day.
    You will feel better and you will sleep better (which also helps reduce your risk of anxiety).
  5. Break away from all of the negativity.
