The Americana Del Mar is the perfect size for 10-year-old Chloe -- taller visitors obviously have to duck before entering. But isn't that the whole idea of child-sized houses?
Wouldn't it be great if there really was a neighborhood with pint-sized houses on a secluded little beach, where kids could be free to build sandcastles and surf to their hearts' content? Sounds like a kind of nirvana for adults, too.
