Many people are tired of the snooping and the problems of Internet Privacy.
All these concerns has caused some to criticize local community policing type activities of neighborhood watch groups.
The question is are these concerns and criticism of neighborhood-watch groups valid? Are they really snooping? Not long ago, someone contacted a Foundation that was involved in the setting up of such groups and the organization responded to these negative comments about their activities.
The representative stated: "Sure, I concur there is too much intrusion from snooping in society, but the Neighborhood Mobile Watch Patrol Program is a much different thing, it's just uniting the community to be vigilant.
It really is giving power back to the people.
Why not have more eyes and ears in the community to prevent crime?" Assisting communities that are interested in starting Mobile Arson or Crime watches among many other things is a wise endeavor and there are no puppets, fools, or snoopers that are involved, just concerned citizens that are members of the watch programs.
They not setting up a Gestapo system, it is not about snooping either.
When communities have had enough of the crime, they have a place they can go to get information and a plan to stop the crime problem.
Just like we all have the right to bear arms right, well, we also have the right to protect our property and the property and safety of our neighborhoods and communities.
So, it's hard to understand how anyone could figure that Mobile Neighborhood Watch Programs are bad, Indeed, it's a good thing, well for everyone but criminals that is.
Please consider this.
