Gout can be very painful if not checked in time and taken care of with proper measures.
Gout pain usually occurs when there is too much of uric acid accumulated in the blood stream of a person.
Uric acid is a bi product of the break down process of purines in the human body.
Purines are present in the tissues of the human body and also in certain types of foods which people usually eat.
It is very difficult to reduce the purines from the tissues but a person can always the amount of purines which he intakes through his food in order to avoid gout.
When a person discovers gout symptoms in his body, he should eat foods to avoid for gout or else his pain will become worse and will cause a feeling of immense discomfort to him.
When gout first occurs in the body, it starts from the big toe and then move towards the knees, elbows, ankles and other bone joints in the body.
When purines are broken down inside the body, uric acid is released in the blood stream.
This uric acid move towards the body joints and then crystallizes inside the body and takes the form of needle like structures which cause stiffness and immense pain inside the body.
The best way to get rid of gout pain is to eat foods which contain no purines or less amounts of purines in them.
This way the body will be able to secrete no or less amount of uric acid inside the body.
This will hence prevent the body to get further damaged from gout and will also help the body to cure the gout pain.
Drinking lots of water in a day can also help the body to get rid of gout pain in a fast manner.
