Purchase airline tickets and make bus reservations approximately six months before your trip. Book hotels, hostels, mission houses or campground sites, depending on where your team will be staying. Give materials to your team to study in preparation for the trip. Include information about your destination and target audience along with materials for personal spiritual growth. Provide a packing list to each mission trip participant one month before departure. Assign ministry group responsibilities such as a cooking team, praise team and activities team.
