Ski resorts in New Mexico offer great outdoor winter activities for everyone, from experienced snowboarders to newcomers searching for a bunny slope. - Located 150 miles northeast of Albuquerque on the northern edge of the Santa Fe National Forest, Angel Fire Resort provides a base elevation of 8,600 feet and a summit elevation at 10,677 feet. The Resort operates seven chair lifts and maintains 74 trails. Accommodations at the Resort include rooms and suites offered by The Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Condominiums and homes provide studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom dwellings, conveniently located two to three blocks from the slopes. Restaurants at the base include Caliente Grill, Chianti's, En Fuego Wine Bar and The Coffee House, with additional restaurants located on the mountain.

Located 115 miles northeast of Albuquerque on the northwestern edge of the Santa Fe National Forest, the Resort has a base elevation of 8,200 feet and a peak elevation at 9,255 feet. Sipapu operates 41 trails and four ski lifts. The Resort provides a wide variety of accommodations, including apartments, bunk rooms, cabins, duplexes, lodge rooms, RV spaces and campsites, suites and many others. The Sipapu Lodge features the River Cafe, where skiers can meet over a hot cup of coffee or a hearty meal. Winter activities at Sipapu include downhill skiing, snowblading, ski biking, snowboarding, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

sipapunm.com - Taos Ski Valley offers skiers 110 trails and operates 13 chair lifts. Based at 9,207 feet, the highest lift goes to an elevation of 11,819 feet. Located 130 miles northeast of Albuquerque on the northern edge of the Santa Fe National Forest, Taos Ski Valley offers a number of accommodation choices for guests to choose from. Snow Bear Inn and Condos provides hotel rooms, studio suites and condominium accommodations.
