There are so many diets out in the market today, from low fat plans, to no carbohydrates, no diary and the famous Atkins.
Choosing a diet that will work for you is the tricky part.
How to choose a diet I will stick to? Firstly be realistic, there's no point starting on the cabbages soup diet if the sheer smell makes you feel like vomiting.
Get a few books and magazines and read though the diet plans, look at the variation and see what diet plan best fits in to your daily routine, and of course appeals to your taste buds.
How much weight can I lose? How long did it take you to gain this access weight, not overnight I bet?, well do not expect to lose it overnight either.
Weight loss is a lifestyle change not a quick fix.
On average you should aim to lose around 1-2lbs per week, depending on how much you have got to lose.
If you have more than 2 stone to lose you may find that the first and section week, you have a greater weight loss, which is great but please do not be disappointed when the numbers drop to a steady pace.
Does Exercise really help me lose weight quicker? Exercise is a great way to help your body to tone up while you are losing weight.
Toning up before your goal weight is reached does not make you tone under your fat...
making you look bigger is a myth.
Exercising burns calories which in turn makes you lose weight more effectively as the calories are burning away quicker than sat down.
