How to Erase All Information on a SIM Card

    • 1). Insert the SIM card that you want to clear into your cell phone's SIM card slot.

    • 2). Go to "Menu" and select "Phone Settings." A "Reset All" option should be present.  Highlight this, then press "OK."

    • 3). Return to the main menu. Scroll down and look for the "Phonebook" icon. Highlight and select "Manage Contacts." Under the contact management menu, choose "Delete All" and select "Phone Memory."

    • 4). Go back to the main menu, then go to "Messages." Under "Messages" look for "Options," then select it. In the options or settings submenu, select "Delete Messages." A selection of your messaging folders will then be provided, such as "Drafts," "Saved Messages," etc. Tick "Delete All," then press "OK." A prompt will then ask you if you are certain of your action. Press "OK."

    • 5). Return to the main menu and select "Call Log." In the submenu that follows, press "Call Log Settings." Highlight and select "Delete Logs." A list containing "Dialed Calls" and "Received Calls" with check boxes will follow. Simply tick the "Delete All" options, then hit "OK."
