- 1). Log in to a server computer. Click the Start menu and select "All Programs."
- 2). Click "Microsoft Exchange" and select "Active Directory Users and Groups."
- 3). Click "Action" and select "Find" from the context menu.
- 4). Type the name of the Exchange user who needs Web Access. Press the "Enter" key.
- 5). Locate the user folder in the search results. Double-click to open the properties dialog box.
- 6). Click the tab labeled "Exchange Features."
- 7). Check "Outlook Web Access" under "Protocols."
- 8). Check "Enable." Click "OK" to end task.
