Aion Online Review
Aion is a MMORPG - and for those of you who don't know, that is a massively multiplayer role playing game. And massive it is! To give you a great Aion Online review I only have to start with the amazing imagery and ultimate fantasy world. In this game you not only play other players, but you battle a deadly ancient evil too. An epic story, adventure and fantasy, this game is out of this world.
The fantasy world of Atreia is the setting for Aion. An amazing and beautiful world that is split in two where each side is inhabited by two opposing factions; the Elyos and the Asmodians. An ancient cataclysm tore Atreia apart, and the two sides of the world, once joined by the Tower of Eternity, have become entirely separate. You character explores the fantastic vistas hoping to bring salvation and join both sides together. But no Aion Online review is complete without discussing the brewing battle between both sides for total supremacy.
However, there is a one common banished to the abyss created by the cataclysm. The Balaur are a people of primeval terror, known to both sides only through stories and books. According to legend, the Balaur was the cause of the cataclysm in the first place and has now returned to destroy both sides and Atreia as a whole. An Aion Online review of the Elyos reveals that they are warm, friendly and live in on their side of Artreia where there is plenty of golden light and starlight. With angelic wings and intense strength, the Elyos are a force to be reckoned with when up against a foe. Though graceful in appearance, they are strong fighters and a bit on the arrogant side. They believe themselves to be the chosen ones and see the Asmodians as evil and twisted. Their fertile and colorful land in the light is positioned on the lower half of Artreia and is known as Elysea. The bottom piece of the Tower of Eternity is on their land and is called by the Elyos, the Tower of Light. The Asmodians, however, live on the darker side of the Artreia. During the Cataclysm, their half was plunged into icy darkness. Therefore, the Asmodians are very strong and brave. They have survived adversity and desolation with their skin growing pale and their eyes looking almost glowing. They can fly with dark feathered wings through their land, which occupies the upper half of Artreia. The upper piece of the Tower of Eternity lies on their land. Called the Tower of Darkness, it is fiercly protected by the Asmodians.
