Breakfast is very important.
Breakfast is actually divided into two words, Break and Fast because you are breaking the fast from dinner the night before.
Just by eating can increase your metabolism by 25%.
That is just by eating, nothing else.
Just imagine doing that everyday and how many more calories you would burn in a week, in a month, in a year just by consuming food.
It is so important that it is a better choice to eat a cold slice of pizza in the morning then not to eat at all.
Keep in mind that the healthier your breakfast, the healthier your choices you will make for your next meals.
It is a known fact that children who skip breakfast will do more poorly on test and school then children who eat breakfast.
Same goes for all students and workers.
Think of it as gas for your car.
No gas, No go.
Food is fuel, make sure to remember that for the rest of your life, so it is best, to put the best in your engine.
If your skip breakfast and do not eat until lunch then you will put your body in "Starvation" mode.
That is where your body will slow down your metabolism, and stop burning fat and will start holding onto it longer.
So when you eat your next meal, no matter what it is, your body will store it as fat because since it is in starvation mode, it does not know when it will be fed again.
It is our bodies natural reaction for survival.
So in closing just know by eating breakfast, you will have more energy, better attention span, prevent obesity and increase your metabolism.
There is no downside only a upside when it comes to eating breakfast.
