Often magic is seen as knowledge, that people got from ancient times from sky creatures.
And that is true, magic followed human kind since the day of its existence.
The use of magic can be traced back to ancient times.
Civilizations came and went.
In Egypt and Greece they believed in kingdom of Gods, than came new religions like Christians and Muslims believing only in one God.
Time has erased a lot of things from our memory: names of towns and people, predictions about catastrophes and inventions.
But magic stayed and only perfected itself.
New rituals appeared, but magic never lost its source.
We have magical powers since the day we were born.
It is like an instinct.
So all of us from the beginning of our existence have magical powers.
In the modern day society the "spell caster" inside of us is suppressed, to give room for a civilized and rational thinking human being.
It seems like we completely forgot the ancient magic knowledge, the same as, we forgot our knowledge of hunting and gathering skills .
Saying that, if a human seriously gets lost in the woods he will go back to the basics and start acting like his ancestors.
Of course that will only happen if the human does not give in to panic.
The same is with magic, except it requires much more and stronger energy.
"Magic" is a special type of energy.
You can brake a rock with a hammer.
However to do this you will require a lot of strength and energy.
It is this energy that breaks the rock and not the hammer.
Notice that the energy comes from your hand.
Magic is a type of energy, but it comes from your mind.
The same as electric energy, you cannot see or touch it, but the presence of high concentration of magic, can be felt.
There is no completely good or completely bad spell casters, like with people.
The good and evil is inside every human, usually it is balanced but sometimes there is more of one or the other.
Good cannot exist without the bad.
Or else you would not know what good is, without the bad.
Everything in the world is balanced so when an imbalance of one energy happens, we can feel the anti force of the other.
When evil masterminds are born, heroes are born too.
In the middle ages one method of antidote was popular: every day the person took a bit of poison.
His organism would get used to the poison, so the poison did not kill him.
So lets look at this minimal "evil" like an antidote.
People fight with what evil brings, but spell caster fights with its source.
