Using a tea kettle is the best and swiftest way to make tea.
These kettles can be made of various different conducting materials like metals or enamel.
The metals that can be used are steel, brass, copper, etc.
The copper ones are the best metallic ones that you can use mainly because copper is a better conductor than the others and is therefore far more energy efficient.
These kettles are usually used when a gas stove is the source of heat.
You can even find electric ones.
These have a heating coil within the main body that is made of metal.
Once plugged in the coil heats the water so that the tea can be made.
The clean-up for these is not too different.
The electric one is the only one that does not need too much of clean-up.
The metal ones eventually develop tarnish that needs to be removed in a specific manner.
The normal clean-up process involves the soaking of the entire utensil in hot soapy water for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Once the soaking is done you can scrub it with detergent and then rinse it out thoroughly with clean, warm water.
In the case of enamel ones you must avoid the use of any abrasive materials while scrubbing because that can scratch the enamel and sometimes peel it off.
If the stain is on the inside of the kettle then you must just boil some tea bags in it for a while so that the stain will be sealed with the tea.
If the stain is on the outer enamel covering then you can rub cooking oil ion the stain so as to seal it.
