Work:

Temporary Work (Skilled) visa (subclass 457): Allows a professional work in the nominated occupation for an approved sponsor for up to four years.

Requirements:
  • You must be sponsored by an approved employer

Skilled Independent Visa (subclass 189): This visa is designed for point-tested workers who have not been sponsored by an employee, family member or the government of state and territory. This visa allows an immigration to work and live in the country with a status of permanent resident.

Requirements:
  • Your skill must be in the relevant skilled occupation list
  • Must obtain a suitable skill assessment
  • Must be under 50 years of age
  • Must obtain a score specified in your letter
  • English competent

Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) visa (subclass 888): This visa type allow a person to establish a business.

Requirements:

You will be eligible to get this visa if you are nominated by a state or territory; and hold a provisional Business Innovation and Investment visa (subclass 188), Special Category visa (subclass 444) or a Business (Long stay) visa (subclass 457IE) or meet the requirements of the business innovation stream.

Working Holiday visa (subclass 417): Entitles you work in Australia while travelling for up to a year.

Requirements:
  • Must be aged between 18 and 31
  • Must not have a dependent child during your stay
  • Must have a valid passport

Temporary Work (Long Stay Activity) visa (subclass 401): Entitles you to work temporarily basis as a:
  • Skilled professional under a staff exchange arrangement (The Exchange Stream)
  • Participant in sport competitions (The Sport Team)
  • Full-time religious worker (The Religious Worker stream)
  • Domestic worker in the household of senior executives (Executive) stream)

Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485):  This visa is designed for students who have recently graduated from a recognized educational institution.

Requirements:
  • Must be younger than 50 years of age
  • Must in Australia
  • Must hold a valid visa
  • Must meet the two-year study requirement
  • Must be proficient in English language
  • Must be graduated with either an eligible qualification or with skills and qualifications, listed in the Skilled Occupation List
