When it comes to wooden sheds, until you have one of your own, you won't know how valuable one can be.
A shed is one of those things that you wonder how you got along without once you have one of your own.
The simplest of sheds can be very versatile and every member of the family can benefit from its use.
Kids How about starting with the children of the family.
Most people think of storage when it comes to wooden sheds - and they are right.
But, there are so many more things that a shed can be used for.
For kids, a wooden shed can be converted into a nice playhouse.
Simply apply some brightly colored paint, add a couple of windows (no glass required) and possibly even some fancy trim.
Playhouses are great for young kids - both the girls and the boys.
Woman Women that like to plant gardens can benefit greatly out in the garden by building a wooden shed right next to or right in it.
Storing your garden tools or potting plants is what garden sheds are commonly used for.
The biggest benefit, by far, is the close proximity to the garden so you won't need to go back and forth to the garage every time you need a tool.
Mini retreats are also a wonderful conversion for sheds.
Set them up away from the main house for seclusion.
Read a magazine and relax by adding a new chair or two.
Sheds are also usually big enough to accommodate a couple of mats for yoga.
Man Storing lawn equipment is what most sheds are used for, and this makes perfect sense.
For real men though, turn your garden shed into a woodworking shop or, even better, a "man cave".
Real men will need to have electricity hooked up for the refrigerator and flat screen TV - which is obvious.
Family And, of course, the whole family benefits in their own way from garden sheds.
For instance, you can set up a shed to be used as a pool cabana and store supplies and toys in it.
Or entertain guests with a refrigerator and a bar.
And, there you have it.
Its up to you and your family to find your own ways to enjoy and benefit from wooden sheds.
