- 1). Call the night club during the late afternoon hours. Understand that most clubs do not keep regular hours during the daytime. Ask about availability. Inquire about special event reservations such as New Year's Eve months in advance to ensure availability for your group.
- 2). Ask what special considerations are given to the group for making a reservation. Often VIP areas include additional perks. Ask about drink and food pricing as well as availability.
- 3). Ensure there will be adequate seating for the group. Ask what the minimum and maximum number of guests allowed is.
- 4). Inquire what the dress code is for the evening. Some clubs may require men to wear jackets or blazers.
- 5). Be prepared to leave a deposit for the seating area. Deposits are often placed on credit or debit cards. Ask how the deposit will be applied to the group's billing.
- 6). Ask all guests to RSVP to you within one to two days prior to the event. Call the night club to adjust reservations---increasing or decreasing the guest list if possible.
